Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (for example, during limited drops or custom collaborations).
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.
Custom or collaborative pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Local Pickup
If you are local to the Celina, TX area, we may offer local pickup for select drops or events. When available, this option will appear at checkout.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with specific instructions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mahjong Wives Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@mahjongwivesclub.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because many of our pieces are part of limited drops, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Please note:
• Customized items are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Size exchanges are subject to availability.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
