Our Full Custom Design + Commercial Usage License is designed for clients who want one-of-a-kind artwork created from the ground up, along with the rights to use the final approved design for their own merchandise and production outside of MWC.
We partner with you to develop original artwork tailored specifically to your group, incorporating your branding, personality, colors, theme, and overall vision. Once the design is finalized, you'll receive production-ready artwork files and a commercial usage license allowing you to continue using the approved design with your own printer, embroiderer, promotional vendor, or other production partner.

Artwork Files & Usage Rights
Upon completion and final payment, you will receive the final approved, production-ready artwork files for your records and future use.
This SKU includes a commercial usage license allowing your organization to use the final approved artwork for merchandise, apparel, promotional products, event materials, and other branded applications produced through MWC or through a third-party vendor of your choosing.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the commercial usage license applies to the final approved design only and does not include unused concepts, preliminary sketches, rejected design directions, working files, fonts, templates, or other MWC creative assets used during the development process.
Copyright ownership of the artwork remains with Mahjong Wives Club unless a separate written copyright assignment or full artwork buyout is purchased. The client receives ongoing commercial usage rights to the final approved artwork.
The licensed artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, or distributed to another club, brand, organization, or third party for their independent use without written permission from Mahjong Wives Club.
Important Distinction
This option is different from our standard Full Custom Club Design Fee, which covers the creative development of custom artwork specifically for merchandise produced in partnership with Mahjong Wives Club and does not include delivery of production-ready artwork or outside production rights.
Choose this option when you want the flexibility to take your finished design with you and continue using it with your own production partners.
